Genuine Walnut Arch-Top Perpetual Plaque

A graceful arched top on solid American walnut, with a header plate and rows of black brass name plates — a handsome home for your club, league or company history.

• Solid American walnut, satin finish
• Arched top
• 11" x 15" with 24 plates, or 14" x 20" with 48 plates (2½" x ⅞")
• Wall-mount hanger

Engraving is included in the price — the header plate and every name plate you need filled at the time of your order. Send the names, years or titles and we'll lay it out and engrave it in our own shop, with a proof for approval first. Bring it back each season and we'll engrave the next plates.
