Accessibility Statement

Townline Trophy & Design is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for all of our customers and to apply the relevant accessibility standards to our site.

Our Standard

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What We Are Doing

Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Alternative text: adding descriptive text to product images and other non-text content.
  • Keyboard navigation: working to make sure menus, product pages, and checkout can be used with a keyboard alone.
  • Readable design: maintaining sufficient color contrast and legible text sizes.
  • Clear structure: using consistent headings and navigation throughout the site.
  • Regular review: checking new pages and products for accessibility as we add them.

Known Limitations

While we work toward full accessibility, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. These are most often related to third-party features, such as product personalization tools, team store links, and embedded forms, or to older content. We are actively working to address these areas.

If any part of the site gets in your way, we are happy to help you directly. We can take your order, gather your engraving or personalization details, and answer product questions by phone or email.
