It's a quick two-step process. Once your certificate is verified, every order you place while signed in to your account checks out tax exempt — no need to send your certificate again.

Who Qualifies

Schools & Districts

Public and private schools, athletic departments, booster clubs and PTA/PTOs with a valid exemption certificate.

Nonprofits & Churches

501(c)(3) organizations, religious organizations and community groups holding a NJ Exempt Organization Certificate (ST-5).

Government Agencies

Municipalities, police and fire departments, and other government entities purchasing with a purchase order or exemption letter.

Resellers

Businesses buying products for resale with a valid Resale Certificate (ST-3).

Sign in or create a customer account on our website. Your tax-exempt status is attached to this account, so be sure to use your organization's email address.

Submit Your Certificate

Fill out the Tax Exemption Application below and upload a signed, completed copy of your exemption certificate. Use the same email address as your account.

Go to the Form

Accepted documents: NJ ST-5 Exempt Organization Certificate, NJ ST-3 Resale Certificate, NJ ST-4 Exempt Use Certificate, a government purchase order or exemption letter, or an out-of-state exemption certificate. Upload a PDF or a clear photo (JPG or PNG).
